SwimCare offers both Aqua aerobics and
Pilates. Aqua aerobics is for people who
want to work their cardiovascular system and lose weight.
Water based exercise classes burn more calories than some
land based exercises because they work both opposing muscle
groups at the same time. Pilates is more for those who want
to tone and become more flexible.
Cost is $80.00 for a 10 week block.
Del Payne teaches all classes.
