Squad Swimming Training Coffs Harbour
Continue developing strong swimming technique, endurance and fitness through SwimCare's Mini Squad and Squad programs, designed for swimmers looking to continue progressing beyond learn-to-swim levels.
Taking Training to the Next Level
SwimCare's Mini Squad and Squad programs are designed for swimmers who have progressed beyond learn-to-swim levels and want to continue developing their swimming technique, endurance and fitness.
Squad lessons focus on refining all four strokes – freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly – building stamina and improving overall swimming performance in a fun and supportive environment. Classes range from stroke refinement and fitness-focused sessions through to more advanced technical and competition-focused training.
Entry into Squad generally requires swimmers to be competent in all four strokes. Mini Squad and some development-focused sessions provide opportunities for swimmers progressing through the upper learn-to-swim levels to continue refining their skills.
One of the unique strengths of SwimCare is the ability for swimmers to progress through a structured pathway from baby lessons right through to Mini Squad and Squad training, allowing continued development at every stage of their swimming journey.

Benefits Of Swim Squad
Swim Squad provides swimmers with the opportunity to continue developing beyond learn-to-swim levels through structured training focused on stroke refinement, endurance and fitness.
Many swimmers enter Squad after progressing through SwimCare's learn-to-swim program. Squad provides the next step in their swimming journey, allowing them to further refine all four strokes – freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly – while building stamina, fitness and confidence in the water.
Regular training helps swimmers improve technique, increase efficiency and develop skills that can be applied to competitive swimming, surf sports and many other aquatic activities.
Squad lessons also encourage goal setting, commitment and personal achievement while allowing swimmers to train alongside others with similar interests and abilities under the guidance of experienced instructors.

Refine Technique & Build Endurance
Squad swimming provides swimmers with the opportunity to refine stroke technique, improve fitness and build the endurance needed for longer swims and more advanced aquatic activities.
Regular training helps swimmers become more efficient in the water while continuing to develop all four strokes. Over time, swimmers build greater stamina, confidence and overall swimming performance through consistent practice and coaching.
A Skill For Life
Swimming is one of the few activities that can be enjoyed throughout life. The fitness, discipline and confidence developed through Squad training can benefit swimmers well beyond the pool and support participation in competitive swimming, surf sports and many other recreational activities.
Many swimmers who join Squad have progressed through SwimCare's learn-to-swim program and continue training because they enjoy the challenge of improving their swimming ability while maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
It Keeps You Fit & Healthy
One of the reasons many swimmers enjoy Squad training is that fitness and endurance are developed naturally through swimming activities, drills and structured training sessions.
Rather than exercising for the sake of exercise, swimmers remain engaged by working towards personal goals, improving technique and challenging themselves alongside other swimmers with similar abilities.
