Welcome to all our new families and a BIG welcome back to all our regular families

2016 is moving along quickly hard to believe we are already in WEEK 7 and learning to dive

As most of you know Cindy is now the Manager of swimcare, Troy and Lori will be leaving on their trip beginning of term 2. We also have lots of new friendly staff around the place. Cloe and Kerrie in reception. David, Katie and Nicole in the pool.

FEES CHANGES!!!!
Fees are due WEEK 1 to be finalised by WEEK 2.  In the past we have allowed people to extend this; but we can no longer extend payments.  However; see reception if you are having trouble.

We are very excited to be able to introduce Direct Debit options.  This will replace our past payment plans;   With the Direct Debit option, a previously agreed upon amount of money will be transferred from your account (weekly? Fortnightly?) Please see Reception to pick up a form if you are interested in this method of payment! Please see our website for current policy

NEXT TERM
Term 2 is coming around fast please remember to let reception know if you are not returning next term. We can then arrange a refund of your holding deposit and other children can be offered your spot. I would encourage all families to remember the benefits of swimming in the colder months. It is important to keep retaining skills all year round as we hop out of the pools, beach and creek. Swimcare’s pools are kept at a warm temperature to keep everyone comfortable whilst still learning and retaining those swimming skills.

EASTER HOLIDAYS
Swimcare will be closed Friday the 25th of March, Saturday the 26th and Monday the 28th if you have lessons on these days, please see reception to organise this.

CONGRATULATIONS
Well done to all those kids who participated in their Swimming carnivals! So good to hear that all your hard work in the pool has paid off especially those who just got in, had a go and had fun! Love those stories.
